With the very same batch of material, just a few degrees too hot or moisture pulled out too fast and the product cracks, warps, discolors, or loses its essential oils — or, the other way round, under-drying leaves it moldy and wasted. Auto-tracking the drying curve — batch-based control
Each type of material has its own drying curve: a heating-up stage, a fast moisture-removal stage, then a stable cool-down. You load the batch recipe into iNut once; the system continuously compares measured temperature and humidity against time-stamped setpoints and automatically switches the heating relay on/off, adjusts the fan and air valve to track the curve. No more "riding the throttle" — the kiln runs the exact script from start to finish of the batch, even on the night shift.

Drying failures usually creep in silently: a stuck fan, a worn-out heating element, a leaky door, a temperature spike. iNut PC watches continuously, and whenever a reading exceeds the safety threshold or strays from the curve for too long, it pushes an alert instantly via Email/Telegram — noting which chamber, which parameter, and at what time. The operator on duty finds out before the batch is ruined, instead of discovering it when the kiln is opened. At dangerous thresholds, the system can automatically cut off heating for safety.
