Wireless connectivity & edge gateway

Smokestacks are often located where running cables is difficult and grid power isn't available. iNut RS485 / WiFi Mesh transmits data wirelessly and runs on solar power, so it can be installed right at the base of the stack without long cable runs. At the edge layer, iNut PC aggregates data from multiple points, runs conversion logic and provides 4G uplink when needed — paired with iNut Datalogger for buffered storage and iNut OPC (OPC UA/Modbus/XML-DA) to interface with SCADA systems or regulatory monitoring stations.

Automatic threshold-based control

Measuring is one thing — responding in time matters even more. Set the threshold once: when dust or CO reaches the alert level, iNut automatically closes a relay to turn on exhaust fans, opens treatment system valves (dust filtration, absorption, solution spraying) or reduces furnace load — then stops automatically once parameters return to a safe range. This closed control loop helps curb the risk of exceeding limits right at the source.

Whenever a threshold is exceeded, someone always knows. When a parameter reaches a QCVN limit or a measuring device malfunctions, iNut PC immediately pushes an alert via Email/Telegram with the value, measurement point location and timestamp. The operations team can respond within minutes instead of discovering it during the reporting cycle — even outside business hours.

All data converges on the iNut Platform — a self-hosted cloud with a SCADA dashboard: real-time charts for every parameter, hourly/daily trends, a map of measurement points and device status.
