Wireless connectivity — fits onto existing infrastructure, no wall drilling

Buildings usually already have meters and devices speaking the Modbus RS485 standard. iNut RS485 wires straight into them and transmits back to the center over WiFi Mesh — no need to run signal cabling down every floor, no wall drilling, no operational downtime. In outdoor technical areas (rooftop water tanks, pump stations, main distribution panels), iNut devices can even run on solar power — install once and the data flows in on its own.

Threshold-based automatic control — devices switch on/off at the right time

Instead of letting lights and air conditioners run out of habit, the system follows schedules, sensors and set limits. Empty meeting room, occupancy sensor reports no one present → lights and AC switch off automatically after a few minutes. Temperature hits the configured threshold → the air conditioner cuts back its load. Outside office hours → common-area lighting switches to power-saving mode. iNut Muro handles microclimate control, while relays/valves/fans are triggered automatically according to the logic you set up once.

The most expensive incident is the one nobody knows about. iNut PC at the edge layer continuously compares readings against safety thresholds: current exceeding a panel's rated load, abnormal temperature rise inside a distribution panel, water flow in the middle of the night (a sign of a leak), or a voltage drop — the moment a threshold is crossed, it pushes an alert via Email/Telegram immediately, with the exact location and severity. The technical team can act before it turns into major damage, even when nobody is watching a screen.

Real-time monitoring — the whole building in one dashboard & app

iNut Platform is a self-hosted cloud platform with a built-in SCADA-style dashboard: floor-by-floor layouts, hourly/daily/monthly power and water consumption charts, zone comparisons, and automatic usage reports. Building management can view data, adjust thresholds, and switch devices on/off remotely right from the iNut app; engineers use iNut OPC (OPC UA / Modbus / XML-DA) and iNut Datalogger to integrate with existing BMS, energy accounting software, or ERP systems.

Start with one main distribution panel or one pilot floor, see the results, then scale out gradually to the whole building, even multiple buildings within a complex — all feeding into one shared dashboard.
